[ENORMOUS SPOILER] Karen's gloves

My notes are in French, but I will translate them for you.

RIGHT HAND:

Just screwed (and attached) syringues to the glove.

LEFT HAND:

Glove (much) larger than the other. (She turns the glove back to her size)

She replaced seryngues by thin blades (with bricolage). These seryngues are screwed by means of the little metal plate.

It's a spoiler, yes, but you don't know anything about Karen's gloves. I said nothing... So it's a spoiler, but not that much...
